Two new studies make this even more interesting.
The first was performed by researchers in the Department of human nutrition at the University of Otago in New Zealand who have discovered that in principle women spend less time than men at meals and they are most likely to gain weight, or worse, become obese.
The second one, conducted by scientists of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, has verified that eating quickly increases the risk of developing diabetes.
