Strozzapreti with tunameatballs and Shrimp thyme flavoured with honey

Tuna meatballs with strozzapreti

X the meatballs, tuna oil free,

breadcrumbs

eggs,

the crumb of bread

Flour

put the tuna with the bread crumbs and an egg together and make a uniform dough

take a little at a time límpasto and pass them in flour and egg and finally in breadcrumbs (schnitzel)

Prepare a sauce with tuna and Pesto again with some green olives whole heat and add in the dough you made bake (fried meatballs just add them in the sauce).

Shrimp thyme flavoured with honey

Cut shrimp in the middle and make them become flat, then pass them in flour and finally in Pank (Type breadcrumbs but white Japanese origin) fry them and keep them warm

Take more scampi and fouls steaming put them into the pot by adding honey, thyme flavored to your pleasure add vegetables in this picture I made of cabbage
