Salad of peppers stuffed with cheese (great with the heat):
Take the sweet peppers of medium build,
take out the seeds
and add to your liking (mild cheese or tuna, etc..)
Roasted zucchini and allow to cool slightly, when ready,
add it all together at your leisure and with a dash of extra virgin olive oil to taste it fun
Cous Cous with vegetables:
Cous cous to the flavor of tomato
Cook for about 5 minutes couscus in vegetable broth, leaving him still in broth for 5 minutes to get that stays wet well …..
Doing it in a drip pans and fry the vegetables and add fitting end to the couscus
and eventually create the presentation to your liking.
