Bocconcini di Mozzarella(Chunks of mozzarella) Carpaccio di Manzo

Carpaccio of Beef

 ingredients:

 Beef tenderloin

Truffle Cream

 Spices Herbes

 ParmesanChees

Olive Oil

 Rucola

Marinate the meat (truffles or spices) and leave it in the freezer more or less a week

 after the end of  cut very thin and

serve with the parmesan cheese and rocket salad adding a drizzle of olive oil (extra virgin).

Chunks of Mozzarella(Bocconcini di Mozzarella)

Ingredients

 Grated bread

 Eggs

flour

Buffalo Mozzarella

Rucola

 Tomatoes

Preparing the Pieces of Mozzarella is the same like the preparation of Schintzel,

the difference and I use that to get the mozzarella with the most warm and pleasant to eat it,

adding the rucola and tomatoes as decoration and the same fresh mozzarella
