Timballo of Eggsplant


Timballo di Melanzane(Aubergine)…..

  • Ingredients:

  • Garlic

  • Fresh Tomates

  • Shrimps

  • eggs

  • Pasta(Penne)

  • Chili Pepers

  • Oil extra vergin

  • Salt

  • Grated Bread

In a pan, add ‘s oil, garlic and fresh tomatoes, let them brown and then add shrimp and cook until you get to taste

Cook the pasta separately (penne) and let it cool, and then add along with the rest of the compost, you get to taste the pasta and eventually add two yolks of eggs with a little grated bread, and let everything cool.

Cut the eggplant into long trying to be perfect with the same size …. roasting them,add  salt and pepper, and then in a form of no big size add them as you see in the picture (do not forget to make fat  the inside of the forms) and  enter the compost of (pasta with shrimp and tomatoes), put them in the oven for about 20 minutes with temperature to 200 degrees.
