Gnocchi con Peperoni allo Zafferano



  • Today I have a feeling that I can create something new, I started cooking at the stove and in a moment I thought that along with the sweet  Peppers with Saffron and Gnocchi can make a great dish.


  • Sweet Peppers

  • Saffron

  • Prawns

  • White Wine

  • Salt

  • Pepper

    Begins to fry the peppers with a dash of olive oil and gradually add the prawns (a part you cut into pieces and leave them a whole other)

    When the pan begins to dry out, add white wine, put it quite in order to make the sauce, I recommend the white wine you have to do to blend well

    He begins to boil the Gnocchi, remember that the Gnocchi are cooked when they begin to float in the water alone. Get some water from the same pot and put it in a bowl with the Saffron, you do feel a bit soaked, then add it to the pan along with the rest of the ingredients .. After cooking the Gnocchi add with the rest.
