Risotto with ….(Salicornia,or Samphire)


In a pan, add the oil and heat do to reach baking, put the white onion (finely chopped ) let  cook softens and then add fresh tomatoes

When the tomatoes start to cook, add the shrimp and tuna and make them take of flavor.

Now the cooking started, you can add rice, fry that you do with the rest, when the mixture begins to dry out, the fade with a nice glass of white wine

Now you can add algae(Salicornia), and also with the vegetable broth, cook the SO rice grains do not swell, add at the end a bit of butter to thicken it.
What about a little odd risotto with algae(Salicornia), but as soon as you try it, just change your mind, really good!
