Salmone al vapore

Steamed salmon with chicory, because I decided to cook so light? Because today I feel tired, it was a very busy day.In this recipe you do not need many ingredients, only the Salmon and the Cicory (if you really like the bitter tasty of it) and if you really want the add  black pepper.

I cut the salmon into long strips, I put in the shape of pink as you can see in the picture, and I used aluminum foil to cook it in the oven

The same procedure as you did with the salmon now you can do it with chicory, simple but very effective.

I left in the oven for about twenty minutes  to 200 degrees

also this is a way of cooking, easy and good and not fat
