Zucchini Vegetariane

Zucchini vegetarian, the reason why I made this recipe? Keep  light, and very easy to prepare this  recipe.

 Can also be enjoyed by  people who are vegetarians), this is the reason for the title.

Ing

  1. Zucchini

  2. Spinach

  3. Mushrooms(champignon)

  4. Cheese(provola caciocavallo)

  5. Salt and peper

  6. Olive Oil extra vergin

    Cut the zucchini into slices, and make them fry on both sides, remove them from

    the pan and let them cool

    Meanwhile, prepare the mixture with the remaining ingredients, cut them way up, with the addition of a little salt and black pepper and a dash of oil.

    Now take the iron ring (recommended if you want to do in the form of a ring) and start putting the zucchini to the side, and then you can add the prepared, possibly using a spoon, so at the end you can compress them for good (this is the help of iron ring)

    Now that everything is ready, put them in the oven for about 15 minutes at 150 degrees (be careful if you leave them more, you risk that are get  not crunchy)
