Risotto ai Funghi

Risotto with Mushrooms
this recipe and the classic in Italian cuisine, I wanted to do it with two types of mushrooms (dried porcini, mushrooms).
Today it is very easy to prepare risotto, that you do not overcook easily ….

Ingredients:

  1. Onions white

  2. white wine

  3. mushrooms(champignon Porcini secchi)

  4. Parmesans cheese

  5. boter

  6. salt & peper

I always start to brown a little white onion just starts to become soft, add the rice, quickly, and when it all starts to become dry, the water it with half a glass of white wine

I cuted the Mushroom(porcini and champignon) and i start to light fryng them,after it ,i put the risotto to be cooked toghether.

The water that I did soften throughout the day dried porcini not throw it away, but the re-use in cooking rice, so has more flavor, of course it is not much, add a little vegetable broth.

At the end of cooking I added a bit of butter to whisk, and I sprinkled with the parmesan
