For the weekend, when I have some guests, I always try to create something different.
This time I decided to make bread Bruschetta with:
Casereccio bread, put it in the oven to make it hard
As we all see from the picture, I cut the bread into squares just become hard,and I serve like this:
Garlic oil with tomato and basil (Classic). Gorgonzola cheese spicy, with a little melt in the oven, half fruit of a fig tree, and truffle honey.
Anchovies with capers and red pepper, not very spicy.
The last is made with Mascarpone cheese together chervil
, and chopped walnuts.
