Filetti alla pizzaiola

Fillet of meat alla Pizzaiola sauce fragrant with oregano. It ‘a very simple dish to prepare and is ideal for any eventuality.The meat with salsa pizzaiola is a traditional dish of Napolitan cuisine, I made a steak sauce, but any kind of meat is fine. In addition to being very good, the meat pizzaiola has the advantage that it can be used as Main dish and with the sauce pizzaiola can also flavor the dough (if you have these intentions obviously increased a little quantity of tomatoes).
For example, you make spaghetti with tomato sauce, are great.


  1. Fresh Tomatoes
  2. Capper
  3. Garlic
  4. Oregano
  5. Cheese(soft for smelt)
  6. Olive Oil
  7. Salt & peper

Start to put the oil in the pan and add the garlic, I cook a little and add the fresh tomatoes with the addition of capers (I like)

By the time the tomatoes start to cook, cut the meat into slices and use a small pot, beating the meat, so that it becomes thin.

When the meat has become thin, the step in the flour on both sides, now I cook with the fresh tomato sauce, add a bit of fresh cheese over the meat.
When cooked over (the cheese begins to melt into the sauce) add a bit of oregano.
