Start this recipe with a dilemma, how many people know that even with the beer you can use in the kitchen to get some very delicious dishes.???
well maybe one day someone will know give me the answer.
I wanted to make cannelloni flavored beer adding to my way of seeing the right ingredient the kitchen
Ingredients for the filling:
- Minced meat
- sausage meat(salami)
- Ricotta cheese
- Salt & Peper
- Bechamel sauce
Cut the eggplant very fine, and do the same thing with the meat of the sausage, add minced meat and you can start a large part of it fry (brown)with oil of course garlic salt and pepper ,and when all of it get dry add the beer let cook everything until take all the flavor.
Ingredients for the sauce:
Now add the fried you had done before with beer, together with the ricotta and eggs and a bit of cheese, mix everything together and begins to fill the cannelloni,
easy and fast to fill the Cannelloni I used the sac a poche(pastry bag)
Now in a bowl with a brush a little butter to avoid burning the bowl .. and then add the béchamel sauce
Add the cannelloni that you previously filled, when you have filled the bowle, above put the tomato sauce

Place them in oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes or so, and then serve them hot.
