Another recipe that might surprise someone …. I integrated the meatballs in the category finger food, (I could serve with pasta or with meat), but, I find that the meatballs are nice as fingerfood too, served to friends accompanied by a good alcoholic beverage ….
- Minced meat(I use mixed meat 50% pork and 50% beef)
- Cheese ground
- Fresh basil
- Salt & peper
Add all ingredients together, and crush with your hands until the mixture is smooth
.After you did it add the fresh basil in small piece and mix again.
In a pan add oil and fry the onion,
just has become soft add the tomatoes cook until everything is taken of flavor.
Now get in your hands a little of the mixture and make some balls(medium size)
and add them to the tomato sauce and cook al together until all the balls are cooked
I have them served in this way look nice and easy to serve.
