Finally finished the Christmas period (tomorrow waiting for the new year)
I decided to savor a nice risotto with prawns flavored with Prosecco, simple recipe but very delicious to the palate.
I cut the onion very fine pieces, put it in the pan that I had heat with a little oil, fry and I did.
A large portion of prawns I cuted them into small pieces( and a part 10 I left for later) in and add them with salt and pepper together with the onion
After add the Prawns add the rice too, I do cook together with onions , when the rice grains begin has become white and hard, add the Prosecco(half glas) and faded it all together,and let them cook
Now that I’ve adjusted the whole ,add the vegetable broth and I cook for about 20 minutes
In a separate pan grill, roasted the rest of the prawns with a little salt and pepper
