Frisa con Salmone Affumicato

FRISA=Hard bread,(Calabrian dialect south of Italy) was born in the farming world due to the fact that in the past the workers, especially those on the earth, could not have fresh bread every day so therefore they had to invent a product with a long life (naturale! ).
You can make Frisa soft with a few drops of water but you also can eat it hard, without losing its flavor (like bread).
Now you can impresse your friends to use it as a great dish with some wine and you not have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Easy and delicious!

  1. Chives
  2. Capers,
  3. Smoked Salmon
  4. Red Onion
  5. Hard Bread (Frisa)
  6. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  7. Black pepper
  8. Philadelphia cheese(flavored with chives)

I  chopped red onion and capers very finely, and I added black pepper

Put everything in a bowl and the last minute I added canned tuna fish in olive oilfor more extra taste , mixed everything, and let it rest for a few minutes

In the meantime, the mixture rest, roll up the smoked salmon with Philadelphia cheese (flavored with chives, but you can also use the neutral) and on to the cheese I added of fresh chives

Even with a simple roll of smoked salmon, you can make a good impression with your friends. Enjoy it!
