Filetti di Pollo Croccanti

This year the a warm is very strange, and is not always easy to prepare to eat,

So today I decided to make crispy chicken fillets (similar to schnitzel), adapted to the climate weird ...

Ingredient for 4 people

500 g of chicken breast

2 lemons

breadcrumbs

salt and pepper

50 g of pistachios

Sunflower oil  for frying

2 eggs(optional)

Begin to cut the chicken fillets in blocks or stripes (as you like),

now that you’ve finished cutting the chicken fillets, squeeze the lemons,

put the  juice of the lemons  in the chicken and add some   little salt.
and let them marinate in the fridge for almost two hours.

Meanwhile you marinate the chicken fillets, start grind the pistachio (usually I do it  on this way:

I put it in a napkin and slam him with a bottle until it becomes  like breadcrumbs) and add it with breadcrumbs.

And I mix all of it

Now that  past nearly two hours,

I start to take the  chicken(Blocks or stripes) and pitch them in the bread / pistachios crumbs

(you can use the yellow of the eggs so that the bread / pistachios crumbs will stick easily to the chicken

and the mixture remains more crunchy when frying)

Got the process of breadcrumbs/pistachios …… now you can fry in sunflower oil, fry them  so from both sides is a cooking crispy

Simple and tasty to serve with a Garden salad
