Finally spring, even if this year should not complain as regards the weather.
But I certainly know that spring has arrived, it’s always a certain effect,
so I decided to prepare the fish for this evening.
I chose to prepare the baked codfish with the style of “la cucina povera Italiana”
white wine to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Cut into small pieces tomatoes, onions, capers and parsley
In a bowl, (smeared on both sides with oil) add the mixture of the capper tomatoes and parsley,
and finally add the cod fish,( as you can see on the picture)
and add a bit of white wine, salt and pepper.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour ..
