Insalata di verdure crude con Gamberetti

Being in the middle of summer, with the heat and humidity,

decreases the desire to eat, but our body needs the correct nutrition.
I propose a delicious salad: raw vegetables.

good against the heat, but if you want you can also use for keep shape your form (low calorie)

Ingredients:
Champignon
Spinach
Sweet peppers
Pine nuts
Shrimps
Salt &  black peper
Balsamico Vinegair
Half lemon
Olive Oil
Parmesan cheese.

Begin to prepare the marinade:

Squeeze the half lemon

add a spoon of Balsamico vinegar

and four spoon of olive oil,

some  salt & black pepper to taste

mix everything ENSURE THAT everything becomes creamy

Lets marinate the Champignon in the vinagrette

for about half an hour

and let rest in the fridge.

Fry the shrimps with some taste to taste (I used chili)

Toast the pine nuts

And finally I started to prepare the salad with raw vegetables …..
