I have been asked several times to take some pictures of food.
So this gave me the idea to start my own blog with pictures of my way of cooking….Transforming fresh, healthy ingredients into everyday, delicious dishes.
“Once you understand the foundations of cooking –
whatever kind you like, whether it’s French or Italian or Japanese –
you really don’t need a cookbook anymore.”

Sawasdee Massi’s kitchen,
Thank you for visiting my blog. I think your blog is great and I love hang out in the kitchen a lot.
No,Thank you Luksana
Lol! I just check back to this comment and it is weird that the last word of love the kitchen is missing and that dot dot dot must confuse you and other people that read. A kind of silly. we apologize about this mistake. Our sailing blog did not mean to freak you out.
Comment: I love your site! I am not professionally taught, not a professional cook or chef, but cooking has been my passion for many years. Raising six children, five of them boys, has been a great setting in which to learn and practice cooking for flavor and nutrition.
I completely agree with your saying about understanding the foundations of cooking. I have cooked that way for so long that friends kept telling me that I need to teach what I know, so now I do! I call it Freestyle Cooking, and I’m working on a cookbook. It’s an exciting time of life!
This is a great site!
