It might be a good idea for the Christmas dinner, easy to prepare and delicious;

Portion about 8 pers

0.5  milk

20 grams gelatine

 130   grams Sugar

0.5 orange juice

0.5 Single Cream

Once you’ve finished whipping cream

Boil the milk and the orange juice add sugar and gelatine previously softened

in the cold water and squeezed
let cool down about 30 degrees
add the coocked milk and the orange juice to the whipped cream
let solidify in the fridge for 3-4 hours
